Barn Cleanup
So the main barn is approximately 45 feet x 35 feet. It was a dairy barn with 24 stalls on the ground floor and hay storage on top. From The outside it not only looks in rough shape, but is in rough shape. New siding windows and roof are all in the plans. Inside, there is a ton of old hay and manure that needs to be cleaned out. Structurally though it is for the most part in really good shape. Two corners need some new posts but the overall frame and flooring is gorgeous.
Once everything is cleaned out (we are bout 1/2 way there), we will begin to address the issues. The plan at this point is to make the barn an multipurpose space for everything from product packing to gardening workshops.
